SCOJO New York guarantees a high quality product and will replace products with factory defects at no charge for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to products purchased at special sales or discounted pricing. The SCOJO New York warranty does not cover frames that have been broken by personal wear, or other conditions not associated with a factory defect. All warranties are null and void if factory lenses are removed and/or replaced. Frames that have been discontinued during the 12-month warranty period may be exchanged for frames of a similar value.
