Scojo New York guarantees a high quality product and will repair or replace products with factory defects at no charge for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to products purchased at special sales or discounted pricing. The Scojo New York Warranty does not cover frames that have been broken by personal wear and tear or abuse, or other conditions not associated with a factory defect. Any and all warranties are null and void if factory lenses are removed and/or replaced. Frames that have been discontinued during the 12-month warranty period may be exchanged for frames of a similar value.

All prices are FOB Minneapolis, MN and are subject to change without notice. All shipments are carefully checked. Discrepancies should be reported immediately to Scojo New York Customer Service for assistance. Returns and Exchanges

The return of defective products must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which can be obtained from Customer Service by calling 800-817-4318. Frames may be returned for exchange, refund or credit, provided the frame is returned within 15 days of the actual purchase date. All frames must be presented with a receipt or invoice from Scojo New York for exchange, refund or credit. Please note that shipping cost, when returning or exchanging a scojo.com purchase, is the responsibility of the customer. Any frame not purchased from scojo.com must be returned to the original location from where it was purchased.
