POINTS EXPIRY
Customer points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from August 18, 2023. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
Customer points will expire only if they have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 12 months.
For example:
Kim Smith earned 500 points on August 18, 2023.
SCOJO Points Expiry enabled and expiration period is set for 1 year on August 18, 2023.
Kim Smith's 500 points will expire on August 18, 2024.
If Kim Smith earns 100 points on August 17, 2024, their whole customer balance (500+100=600 points) will expire on August 17, 2025.
