Can I put my prescription lenses in Scojo New York reading glasses/gels?

Because Scojo New York readers are ready to wear as it, removing the lenses would void the warranty. We do not recommend placing prescription lenses in our readers.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?

Be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation email, complete with your tracking number and details of your order.

Why did I not receive my order confirmation?

Our crafty little spam filters will sometimes identify order numbers as spam, so take a peek at your spam inbox! Additionally, be sure to verify the email address on your scojo.com profile. If everything appears correct, please contact Scojo New York at info@scojo.com.

What do the measurement numbers mean?

The measurements listed are standard optical measurements, as you would find on prescription eyewear. Please see the helpful chart (please note, all sizes are measured in millimeters)

Do you ship international?

While at this time we do not ship internationally, please check back as we’re actively seeking opportunities to bring Scojo all over the world!

Could you help me find where to enter the promo code?

In your Shopping Cart, you’ll find a little box labeled “Promo Codes & Gift Cards.” Click on the down arrow, enter your code in the provided field, and apply the code. You will see your discount applied in the total above.

Do you sell parts?

We’d be happy to send you a few replacement screws, on us.

Do you do repairs?

As much as we would love to service broken readers, we are not equipped for repairs.

How long is your warranty?

Scojo New York guarantees a high quality product and will repair or replace products with factory defects at no charge for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to products purchased at special sales or discounted pricing. The Scojo New York warranty does not cover frames that have been broken by personal wear and tear or abuse, or other conditions not associated with a factory defect. Any and all warranties are null and void if factory lenses are removed and/or replaced. Frames that have been discontinued during the 12-month warranty period may be exchanged for frames of a similar value.

My glasses broke; how can I send them back and how will I get credit?

The return of defective products must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which can be obtained from Customer Service by calling 800-817-4318.

My frames don’t fit! Can I return/exchange them?

Absolutely! Frames can be returned for exchange, refund or credit, as long as the frame is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see our return instructions here.
