9/11 - Never Forget

New York is well-known for many things: the pizza-loving rats in the subway, the Empire State Building, the bagels. But above all, New York City is a place that is somehow always looking forward while remembering its history.

Every major moment, joyful as a Knicks Win or devastating as Superstorm Sandy, shapes the resilience of the city. 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11th attacks that reshaped the skyline and the country at large.

While the horrors of that day stick with us, so too do the memories of the heroic actions of firefighters, police, and everyday Americans. While big city life can feel anonymous and lonely, moments like this showed the true community and love of the city.

To honor and continue to support those who came to our city’s aid and honor their legacy, a portion of proceeds from sales of our SCOJO Handmade reading glasses will go to support the work of 9/11 Day https://www.911day.org.
