Can I put prescription lenses in SCOJO New York reading glasses?

SCOJO New York readers are ready to wear as-is. Removing the lenses would void the warranty. We do not recommend placing prescription lenses in our readers.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?

Be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation email, complete with your tracking number and details of your order.

Why did I not receive my order confirmation?

What do the measurement numbers mean?

The measurement numbers correspond to the lens width, bridge width, and temple length of the frame, typically measured in millimeters.

Could you help me find where to enter the promo code?

You can enter your promo code in the 'Coupon Code' box on the payment page during checkout. Click apply, and the discount will be reflected in your total.

SCOJO New York guarantees a high-quality product but does not sell individual replacement parts like screws or lenses separately.

We do not offer in-house repairs. However, we will replace products with factory defects at no charge for a period of 12 months from the purchase date.

How long is your warranty?

SCOJO New York offers a 12-month warranty from the purchase date that covers factory defects. This does not cover frames broken by personal wear.

My glasses broke — how can I send them back?

If your glasses broke due to a factory defect within 12 months, contact Customer Service at 800-817-4318 or info@scojo.com. We will email you a prepaid return label.

My frames don't fit! Can I return/exchange them?

Yes! Frames purchased on scojo.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Contact our Customer Service team for a return label.
