Shipping
We offer the following shipping terms:
- Free 2-Day Shipping on all U.S. retail orders*
- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM CST arrive the next business day
*We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
*Hazardous weather or conditions may cause delays.
*Excludes wholesale accounts
Wholesale orders do not include shipping costs. An invoice will be issued for each shipment, with payment due according to the terms specified. Shipping fees and applicable tariff surcharges will be added to wholesale orders.
Based on your wholesale account status in the SCOJO New York Dealer Partner Program, shipping fees may be waived depending on your annual purchase volume. Learn more by connecting with your SCOJO New York Account Manager.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are made easy! Frames purchased on scojo.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition. All frames must be presented with a receipt or invoice from SCOJO New York for exchange, refund, or credit. Any frame not purchased from scojo.com should be returned to its original purchase location. Your web order number (5 digits) in your order confirmation email.

Warranty
SCOJO New York stands behind the quality of its products. We will repair or replace items with factory defects at no charge for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note:
- Warranty does not apply to items purchased at special sales or discounted prices.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to personal wear and tear, misuse, or non-factory-related defects.
- All warranties are void if factory lenses have been removed or replaced.
Terms for Wholesale Accounts
All prices are FOB Minneapolis, MN and are subject to change without notice. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to SCOJO New York at 800-817-4318. Prices do not include shipping or tariff surcharges. Our standard tariff surcharge is $2.50 per frame. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any overdue invoices. SCOJO New York does not ship to accounts with overdue balances. Accounts past due by more than 90 days may be submitted for collection.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit Card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover)
- Net 30 (with a signed credit application and approved credit rating)
A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check.
