SCOJO New York & the Coalition for the Homeless
At SCOJO New York, our roots run deep in New York City — not just as a design inspiration, but as a community we care deeply about. From the beginning, we’ve believed that eyewear should do more than look good. It should make a difference, serve people, support dignity, and give back in meaningful ways.
This holiday season, we’re proud to support the Coalition for the Homeless, New York City’s oldest and largest organization dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Coalition provides essential services including housing support, crisis intervention, job training, and access to healthcare — addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions.
As part of our commitment, SCOJO New York donated a portion of profits from our Handmade and Handmade Blue Light frames during the holiday season to the Coalition. Earlier this fall, we also donated 300 frames directly to the organization, helping expand access to quality vision care for those who need it most.
Philanthropy has always been part of who we are. Since 2021, SCOJO New York has proudly supported the Coalition for the Homeless, guided by the belief that clear vision can open doors — whether that’s for work, learning, or daily life. For us, giving back isn’t a campaign; it’s a responsibility tied to our New York heritage and our values as a brand.
